Phone handler absolutely rude .. asked to pay more money than what was agreed earlier .

Happy with the service!

It worked, we got the car described at the time described.
Use it if you want an Uber car, but pre booked for a certain time.

Unreliable and dodgy company, never trust these people. They will ditch you on time, risk of being stranded.

Worst service and cheats operating this company.
Paid advance 4 days ahead of airport arrival. Passengers waited for 2 hours at airport, after 2 hours they told taxi is not coming. They did not arrange alternative taxi. Children+family+long overnight journey, were left on our own.
Did not have courtesy to apology, refused to pay compensation.

Driver left me stranded in Airport - couldn't wait for my bag to arrive. It took me 2 hours to secure another Taxi!

We arrived different terminal to what was in the airline ticket and only realised once we exit the baggage hall (posibbly due to some chaos in heathrow recently). Driver was not happy that he was told to go original terminal . On arrival to the new terminal, he didn’t bother helping us with our luggage nor greeting us. He was on his phone the whole time. Drive was not pleasant , We wanted it to end asap. The whole drive he was very moody. On the operator side, that was very helpful and responsive when we told that we arrived on different terminal. He informed the driver of the new terminal and told us to just wait at the coffee shop.

We're quite happy with Minicabs, and the journey home was good. Only one misunderstanding, was where we were supposed to wait for the cab, but that wasn't the driver's fault, and he was very good. So all fine
